How it works?

  1. Simple Monthly Sign-Up
    Your membership bills automatically each month. There are no contracts, so you can skip a month, update your shipping address, or cancel anytime directly from your customer profile.
  2. Monthly Cut-Off
    To give us enough time to print your stories, artwork, and hand-pack your envelope, you must subscribe by the last day of the current month to receive the upcoming batch.
  3. Coordinated Shipping Day
    We print and pack everything together, sending all envelopes out in a single synchronized batch on the 1st of the month.
  4. Standard European Delivery
    Your package ships from our home base via regular postal mail directly to your address anywhere in Europe. Because this is traditional snail mail, it travels a bit slower, making the arrival a nostalgic surprise.
