Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide to 28 countries. Every envelope is hand-sealed and sent via standard international postal mail from Bulgaria on the 1st of each month.
Estimated delivery times:
- Bulgaria & neighbouring countries: 3–7 days
- Europe: 5–14 days
- Rest of world: 10–25 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service. If your letter hasn't arrived within 30 days of the 1st, please contact us and we'll look into it together.
